INDONESIAN AMBASSADOR TO SINGAPORE, SURYO PRATOMO, PARTICIPATED IN THE “REVIEWING, CASCADING, AND CLOSING” TEMASEK FOUNDATION-REPUBLIC POLYTECHNIC FOOD INDUSTRY 4.0 AND SUPPLY CHAIN PROGRAM AT THE RIAU ISLANDS PROVINCE REGIONAL BUILDING

The Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore, Suryo Pratomo, attended the “Reviewing, Cascading, and Closing” Temasek Foundation-Republic Polytechnic Food Industry 4.0 and Supply Chain Program on March 6th, 2024, at the Riau Islands Province Regional Building in Tanjung Pinang. Also present at the event were Ashley Chua, Chairman of Republic Polytechnic International, and Senior Director for Student Services, along with Syamsul Bahrum, Secretary of the Bintan Karimun and Tanjung Pinang Free Trade Zone and Free Port Council, representing the Governor of the Riau Islands, H. Ansar Ahmad.

The program, a collaboration between Republic Polytechnic and the Riau Islands Provincial Government, was initiated following a Memorandum of Intent signed on April 19th, 2022. It focused on utilizing problem-based methods and active learning with technology to address challenges in managing supply chains for agricultural and fishery products.
