Peppermint is a  brand-new all-day dining restaurant, offering a healthful farm-to-table cuisine inspired by best flavours across the globe with plant-based options and locally sourced ingredients with sustainability in mind.

The farm and garden concept extends from the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay’s new stylish and contemporary focus on sustainable green innovations, biophilic design, iconic architecture, eco-friendliness and lifestyle experiences for conscious travellers seeking unique experiences in dining and accommodation.

Peppermint is the hotel’s very own Urban Farm, where more than 60 varieties of herbs, edible flowers and vegetables are grown. Dine in a garden setting and savour the natural flavours of Urban Farm fresh harvest, used in salads, as garnishes, aromatics and ingredients for food, as well as drinks like tea and infused water. 

With a renewed focus on conscious eating, Peppermint’s new menus include a new all-you-can-eat concept that provides a wide variety of wholesome Asian and International favourites a-la carte menu and buffet options, freshly prepared at the open display kitchen.  Peppermint’s buffet stations and kitchen are halal-certified and operates based on a la carte buffet style.

This March, savour award winning Chef de Cuisine Leon Yee’s Peranakan Delights at Peppermint – a delectable showcase of fine heritage and flavours from Straits Chinese cooking with heirloom Peranakan recipes using premium ingredients and fresh produce harvested from Urban Farm.

Indulge in all time favourites Peranakan dishes Ayam Buah Keluak, Itek Sio, and Chef Leon’s quintessential Peranakan recipes of Lobster Dry Laksa, Black Angus Beef Oxtail Pongteh, Sustainable Barramundi Kuah Ladah, Tiger Prawn Assam Nanas and fragrant blue pea rice.

Complete your meal with signature favorites like durian pengat, chendol coconut mousse cake, ondeh ondeh cake, new dessert Pulut Tai Tai with house made kaya, kueh lupis gula melaka and peppermint cucumber sorbet.

Feast on Seafood medley platter of fresh lobster, oysters, snow crabs legs, tiger prawns and mussels (available only during dinner buffet), Japanese favourites like Sashimi, sushi, chawan mushi and a popular selection of  Chinese, Western, Indian and Vegetarian dishes.

Peppermint Peranakan Delights halal buffet is priced at S$65++ (Adult) / S$32.50++ (Child) for lunch from 12-3pm and  S$98++ (Adult) and $49++ (Child) for dinner 6.30 to 10pm, daily from now till 2nd May 2022.
