President Prabowo Subianto joined Singapore’s National Day celebrations, highlighting Indonesia’s commitment to bilateral friendship
Singapore, 9 August 2025 — President of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Prabowo Subianto, attended Singapore’s 2025 National Day Parade held at the National Gallery on Saturday, 9 August.
Upon arrival, President Prabowo was warmly welcomed by Singapore Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and Madam Wong. Shortly before the parade began, the President was invited to the main stage and introduced to the Singaporean public in attendance.
The parade and ceremonial segment, held at The Padang, featured 40 marching contingents representing various sectors of society, including military personnel, civil organisations, and youth groups.
President Prabowo appeared to enjoy the array of performances and displays showcased during the parade. His presence at the event served as a strong symbol of Indonesia’s ongoing commitment to strengthening friendship and cooperation with Singapore.
