Singapore, 13 September 2025 — The Embassy of Indonesia in Singapore, through its Information, Social, and Cultural Affairs (Pensosbud) division, attended the launch of Shaping Hearts 2025: Meaningful Art Mode, an exhibition showcasing the creativity of artists with disabilities in Singapore.

The event was officially opened by Indranee Rajah, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and Education of Singapore. It was attended by several Singaporean officials as well as representatives of partner countries, including Indonesia.

Indonesia’s participation was marked by the presence of Pupa Centre, which presented three works by its artists: Inside the Mosaic Mind by Abhiyasa Adhi Pradhanika, The Blue Bajaj by Ruben Rayhan Rotty, and KindNEST by Darren Chandra. Based in South Tangerang, Pupa Centre is an organisation dedicated to education and advancement for neurodivergent individuals, focusing on life skills development and work readiness.

The inclusion of Pupa Centre at the exhibition not only provided recognition for Indonesian artists with disabilities but also strengthened cultural collaboration between Indonesia and Singapore. Through these artworks, Indonesia reaffirmed its commitment to supporting platforms of expression for the disabled community and to promoting inclusivity in cultural diplomacy.

The participation further reflected the shared spirit of both nations in empowering communities, expanding inclusive access to the arts, and fostering stronger people-to-people ties through cultural exchange.
