SMA Taruna Nusantara students gain diplomatic insights during educational visit to Indonesian Embassy in Singapore.
Students from SMA Taruna Nusantara, Magelang, conducted an educational visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore as part of their programme to gain exposure to international education environments and broaden their global outlook.

The visit, held on Wednesday, 8 April 2026, brought together a delegation of 30 students, accompanied by school representatives and educators. The programme aimed to provide students with first-hand insights into international dynamics, particularly the role of Indonesia’s diplomatic missions abroad.
During the session, Mr Hotmangaradja Pandjaitan, Ambassador of Indonesia to Singapore, highlighted the importance of developing global perspectives from an early stage. He emphasised the role of youth as future leaders who must be adaptable in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected world.
Students were also introduced to the functions and responsibilities of the Embassy, as well as Indonesia’s diplomatic efforts in strengthening bilateral relations and international cooperation. The session was conducted in an interactive format, allowing students to engage in dialogue, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of diplomacy and overseas education opportunities.
The visit is expected to inspire students to further develop their potential, expand their international outlook, and prepare for higher education, both domestically and abroad.
