Healthway expands Singapore’s integrated healthcare network
Healthway Medical Group has announced the proposed acquisition of Bridgepoint Health, expanding its primary care clinic network in Singapore and strengthening its integrated healthcare ecosystem.
The strategic move will add 16 clinics across the island and bring together 75 healthcare professionals, enhancing the Group’s ability to provide accessible, coordinated and patient-centred healthcare services.
Upon completion of the acquisition, the expanded network is expected to support more than 1.3 million patient visits annually across clinics and medical centres. The move will strengthen access to primary care services while supporting more seamless healthcare journeys through a wider network of healthcare providers.
Mr Abram Suhardiman, Chief Executive Officer of Healthway Medical Group, said the addition of Bridgepoint Health reflects the Group’s commitment to advancing preventive, multi-disciplinary and community-based healthcare in Singapore.

Founded in 1990, Healthway Medical Group is one of Singapore’s established private healthcare networks, operating more than 130 clinics and medical centres. Its healthcare services cover primary care, health screening, dental care, allied health, Traditional Chinese Medicine, specialist care and day surgery.
Bridgepoint Health operates 16 primary care clinics under brands including Bridgepoint Health, Northeast Medical Group, Arcadia and Family Care. It also leads the United Primary Care Network, one of Singapore’s Primary Care Networks supported by the Ministry of Health, focusing on collaborative management of chronic conditions within the community.
By combining broader primary care coverage with stronger clinical collaboration, the proposed acquisition aims to support more coordinated healthcare delivery and address Singapore’s evolving healthcare needs.
