Indonesian Embassy recognises outgoing officials and welcomes new Home Staff during Ramadan gathering
The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore held a farewell and welcoming ceremony for Home Staff on 25 February 2026 at the Embassy’s Nusantara Room, alongside a Ramadan iftar gathering. The event served to recognise officials who had completed their assignments and welcome those assuming new responsibilities in Singapore.
The ceremony formed part of the Embassy’s internal engagement activities during the Holy Month of Ramadan. The gathering brought together embassy officials and staff in an atmosphere of appreciation and collegiality while reaffirming their shared commitment to representing Indonesia and strengthening bilateral engagement in Singapore.
During the event, the Embassy expressed gratitude to officials who had concluded their postings for their service and dedication throughout their tenure. At the same time, newly assigned officials were welcomed as they prepare to undertake their duties and contribute to the Embassy’s ongoing diplomatic and consular efforts.
The gathering also highlighted the importance of teamwork, professionalism, and continued commitment to providing quality public services to Indonesian nationals while promoting Indonesia’s presence and cooperation with Singapore.
The Embassy reaffirmed its intention to continue strengthening institutional collaboration and service delivery as it advances its diplomatic mission and community engagement initiatives in Singapore.
