Students of Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Elementary School embark on the International Experience Study program to Malaysia and Singapore, fostering global insights and cultural exchange.

Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Elementary School conducted the International Experience Study program with the theme Learn, Explore & Have Fun To Know The World. The program took place in Malaysia and Singapore, involving over 40 students from Muhammadiyah schools in Jakarta and Bogor. It featured two main activities – Student Exchange and English Camp.

The Student Exchange was held at SK Kantan Permai Selangor and SK Jalan Tiga in Malaysia. Students were welcomed with various cultural and artistic performances, strengthening ties between the two countries. Meanwhile, the English Camp engaged students in English learning activities led by experienced Professional English Coaches, enhancing their communication skills and boosting their confidence.

Principal of Muhammadiyah 1 Jakarta Elementary School, Nining Sukamah, S.Pd, stated that the International Experience Study 2025 is designed to provide students with unique and in-depth learning experiences. “This program offers insights and inspiration for students as they face a competitive future in the digital era,” she said.

Students participating in the program expressed excitement and gained valuable experiences, including meeting new friends from other countries. The program is expected to enrich students with knowledge and experiences beyond the classroom.
