KBRI Singapore and Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises unite to bolster economic ties and global growth

On February 2025, the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Singapore (KBRI Singapore) held a strategic meeting with representatives of Indonesian State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) based in Singapore. The session aimed to strengthen the synergy between the Indonesian government, particularly KBRI Singapore, and Indonesian BUMN entities operating in the city-state.

The meeting, led by H.E. Suryopratomo, the Ambassador of Indonesia to Singapore, was attended by key officials from KBRI and representatives from various Indonesian BUMN organisations. The collaboration sought to enhance the effectiveness of Indonesia’s economic diplomacy, expand business networks, and foster more productive, mutually beneficial partnerships with Singapore and other international markets.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to support Indonesia’s economic growth on the global stage by leveraging the combined resources and expertise of the government and state-owned enterprises. By working together, both parties aim to unlock new opportunities and contribute to the economic development of Indonesia and its international partners.
