Mr Budiarsa Sastrawinata launched The 74th FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation) World Real Estate Congress in Singapore THAT brOUGHT together 300 global real estate leaders to delve into the industry challenges and opportunities
MR Budiarsa Sastrawinata, President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) and Managing Director of Ciputra Group, inaugurated the 74th FIABCI World Real Estate Congress that was held in Singapore from 28th to 31st May 2024.
Around 300 esteemed leaders from the real estate sector, including FIABCI national leaders and members, gathered for the four-day Congress, focused on addressing the evolving challenges and opportunities within the real estate landscape.
The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Indranee Rajah, Singapore’s Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Finance and National Development. Her remarks delivered essential industry insights.
Presenting the most recent developments, Dr. Agung Wicaksono, Deputy Chairman for Funding and Investment at the Nusantara National Capital Authority, represented Indonesia’s New Capital City Nusantara development. In an effort to promote global cooperation and exchange in the real estate industry, Dr. Wicaksono invited FIABCI leaders and members to visit Nusantara in the near future.
