In his remarks, Ambassador Pandjaitan expressed appreciation to IMAS for its active role in fostering unity and strengthening religious values among Indonesians living in Singapore. He noted that Ramadan provides an important opportunity for the community to reinforce faith, deepen social connections, and promote solidarity among Indonesian nationals abroad.

The Ambassador also emphasised the importance of maintaining mutual support and building a harmonious community that contributes positively to society. According to him, a cohesive and supportive Indonesian community in Singapore plays a meaningful role in strengthening people-to-people relations between the two countries.

The iftar gathering included religious reflections, prayers, and social interaction among participants before breaking the fast together. Organisers expressed hope that such initiatives would continue to strengthen community bonds and preserve the spirit of togetherness among Indonesians in Singapore during Ramadan.
