INDONESIAN Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Suryo Pratomo, met with eight young Singaporean entrepreneurs to discuss opportunities for entering the Indonesian market. The meeting took place in Singapore and included entrepreneurs from the fashion and food and beverage sectors. This initiative aimed to explore potential business ventures and strengthen bilateral economic ties between the two countries.
Enterprise Singapore and Louken Group spearheaded the project, named Lighthouse, to support these entrepreneurs. The project aims to provide a structured pathway for Singaporean businesses to establish themselves in Indonesia. With Enterprise Singapore’s backing, the Lighthouse project seeks to create a robust framework for successful market entry.
H.E. Suryo Pratomo expressed optimism about the collaboration, highlighting the potential for these young entrepreneurs to contribute significantly to the Indonesian economy. He emphasised the importance of such initiatives in fostering stronger economic cooperation and mutual growth between Indonesia and Singapore.
