The “Indonesia Update” discussion highlighted business opportunities in the food, beverage, and halal sectors, aiming to strengthen Indonesia-Singapore trade relations

INDONESIAN Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Suryo Pratomo, had a discussion titled “Indonesia Update”, focusing on the the food and beverage industry, including halal products. The discussion organized in collaboration with the Singapore Manufacturing Federation, took place this year as part of an ongoing quarterly series.

The discussion was attended by Mr. Dennis Mark, CEO of SMF, Mr. Edmund Ong, CEO of BridgifyAsia, and Mr. Billy Anugerah, Trade Attaché of Indonesian Trade Attaché in Singapore. This quarterly event, which has been ongoing since the beginning of the year, aims to introduce and promote business opportunities in Indonesia to Singaporean entrepreneurs.

By focusing on key sectors such as food, beverage, and halal products, this discussion serves as a platform for enhancing trade relations between the two countries, encouraging greater economic collaboration.
