Mentorship Indonesia Singapore Initiative (MISI) Celebrates First Batch Completion at the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore

The Mentorship Indonesia Singapore Initiative (MISI) met with the Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore, H.E Suryo Pratomo, at the Adinata Room of the Indonesian Embassy in Singapore to present an award and discuss the successful completion of its first batch. The initiative, which aimed to foster mentorship and professional growth, marked a significant milestone in its journey.
The first batch of MISI involved 18 professional mentors and 39 Indonesian student mentees in Singapore. Over the course of the program, participants engaged in knowledge-sharing, personal development, and career guidance, creating a meaningful and impactful learning experience.
During the meeting, MISI and the ambassador highlighted the program’s achievements and its role in strengthening the Indonesian student community in Singapore. The discussion also explored opportunities for future collaborations, aiming to expand mentorship initiatives and provide more growth opportunities for students.

The event underscored the importance of mentorship in building professional networks and enhancing cross-border academic and career development. MISI’s first batch set the foundation for ongoing mentorship efforts that will continue to benefit Indonesian students in Singapore.
