As travel returns to the shores of tropical Singapore, Raffles Hotel Singapore returns with the festive indulgences and curated experiences in a picture-worthy setting at the iconic Grand Dame. There are five kinds of Dine-In Celebrations for their Festive Celebrations. The first one is Festive Afternoon Tea at The Grand Lobby which will serve handcrafted pastries and sweet treats such as Mini Mincemeat Pie, Matcha Raspberry Profiterole and Red Velvet Roll Cake. The second one is La Dame de Pic which will showcase the signature culinary hallmarks of Chef Anne-Sophie Pic. The third one is Osteria BBR by Alain Ducasse which has Tentazioni Menu as their signature menu. We will experience vibrant delights, including the prized black truffle, exquisite seafood, freshly cooked pasta and a special dessert that spotlights the Alain Ducasse chocolate and that pays homage to the heritage of the iconic locale. The next one is Butcher’s Block which will showcase an exceptionally curated menu by Chef Jordan Keao. Savour iconic favorites as well as off-the-menu creations spotlighting seasonal produce in an epic gastronomic journey. The last one is Festive Chef’s Table which is perfect for groups of 6 to 10 guests to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year, indulge in the Festive Chef’s Table, a heightened avant-garde communal wood-fired dining experience displaying a joyous symphony of special cuts of meats, choice vegetables and whole fish.

2. Andaz Singapore
Welcome 2023 with the stunning menus of New Year’s Eve dinners at Andaz Singapore. There are four kinds of feasts and treats for their Festive Celebrations. The first one is Celebrate Yourself at Alley on 25 which consists of Festive Afternoon Tea (includes festive-themed savouries and sweets, and free-flow coffee and TWG tea), Festive Lazy Breakfast (includes free-flow breakfast spread and one à la carte dish), Christmas Buffet (includes a buffet spread of fresh seafood on ice, hearty festive mains, sweet treats and more), New Year’s Eve Buffet (includes a buffet of continental delights, Asian specialties and more), and New Year’s Day Hangover Lazy Breakfast (includes a buffet spread of fresh seafood on ice, hearty festive mains, sweet treats, and more). The second one is Celebrate Reunions at 665°F which consists of Christmas 5-course Menu ( includes dishes like Boston Lobster with Winter Truffle, A4 Kagoshima Wagyu Striploin and Mont Blanc cake) and New Year’s Eve 5-course Menu (includes crowd pleasers such as Boston Lobster Cocktail and Grilled Patagonian Toothfish). 3. CÉ LA VI

Artemis Grill offers a seasonal menu inspired by the diverse culinary heritage of the Mediterranean. You may enjoy a four-course set menu at this sky-high restaurant and bar while taking in beautiful views of the Marina Bay fireworks. They have seven kinds of menus that are Lunch, Dinner, Vegan, Dessert, Sky Bar, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve. The first one, Lunch, consists of two courses and three courses with additional selections and side dishes. The second one, Dinner, consists of starters, main courses, the grill to share, and side dishes. The third one, Vegan, consists of starters, main courses, side dishes, and desserts. The fourth one, Dessert, consists of sweet finishes, Artisanal Cheese, and post-dinner libations. The fifth one, Sky Bar, consists of snacks, platters for sharing, and beverages. The next one, Christmas, consists of three courses with optional side dishes. The last one, New Year’s Eve, consists of amuse (serve individually) and three courses with optional side dishes.

5. Smoke & Mirrors
As a way to say goodbye to 2022, you may join Smoke & Mirrors to usher in the New Year with stunning views of the Marina Bay fireworks. You can enjoy four hours’ worth of a free-flow selection of stunning cocktails, champagne, wine and a delightful serving of sharing bar bites. They provide A la carte menu for first seating started from 6PM – 8PM, and New Year’s Eve special menu for second seating started from 9PM – 1AM. The bottomless beverages consist of cocktails, beer on tap, wine & sparkling, and spirits. The festive sharing menu consists of freshly-shucked Sunseeker oysters, truffle fries, tortilla tacos, and vegetable tempura.
