The talk was aimed at encouraging attendees to consider building their careers in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) as a means of contributing to Indonesia’s development.

The event opened with a rousing speech by Indonesian Ambassador to Singapore, Suryo Pratomo, who reminded the nearly 200 participants that Indonesia is a great nation and that the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in Singapore should be seized to further their abilities and bring honour to their homeland.
