IHH Healthcare Singapore (IHH SG) has launched Healthspan, a preventive healthcare programme designed to help individuals understand their health, identify potential risks earlier and take proactive steps towards healthier ageing.

Introduced at FutureHealth. Now 2026, IHH Healthcare’s flagship thought leadership event on the future of healthcare, Healthspan combines advanced diagnostics, clinical expertise and tailored guidance to support individuals throughout different stages of life.

A key offering under Healthspan is AgeQ™, a biological age clinical assessment that IHH Healthcare Singapore describes as a first-in-market innovation. Using a proprietary longevity algorithm, AgeQ™ analyses seven key blood biomarkers to estimate biological age compared with chronological age, providing insights into how the body is ageing and areas for health optimisation.

Moving beyond traditional healthcare that often begins after symptoms appear, Healthspan focuses on early detection, prevention and long-term wellbeing. The programme connects individuals with IHH SG’s network of hospitals, clinics and specialists, creating an integrated care journey supported by medical expertise and data-driven insights.

“While people are living longer, the challenge is ensuring those additional years are healthy and active. Healthspan and AgeQ™ allow us to move care upstream, focusing on prevention, prediction and personalised health management,” said Dr Peter Chow, Chief Executive Officer, IHH Healthcare Singapore.

Guided by the LIFT framework – Learn, Interpret, Finetune and Track – Healthspan brings together health assessments, preventive screening, lifestyle optimisation and continuous monitoring. It covers areas including metabolic health, chronic disease risk, nutrition, fitness, mental wellbeing and overall wellness.

Individuals can choose from five assessment experiences: AgeQ™, Vitals, Foundations, Explorer and Pioneer. Each option offers different levels of diagnostic depth, clinical engagement and recommendations based on individual health goals.

“Many proactive individuals have not had the opportunity to truly understand how they are ageing. Healthspan was developed to bridge this gap, helping people translate clinical data into actionable guidance to preserve their vitality, independence and quality of life,” said Dr Kristine Xie, Clinical Director, Healthspan.

Through Healthspan, IHH Healthcare Singapore aims to support a future where healthcare is not only focused on treating illness, but also helping individuals maintain better health and wellbeing throughout life.
